Sandy recently really went to bat for me with some goofy payment problems that were of no fault to Alpine. She got it taken care of and actually has a continual plan to follow up monthly.

Where do I start. Michelle and Sandy are the best insurance agents I’ve ever met. When I was referred to them I assumed they’d find me a good policy and I’d never heard from them again. Wrong, those ladies go above and beyond. They follow me. If the prices of the old policy goes up they automatically find another policy to keep the prices the same and let you know. If there’s any changes I need to the policy like adding or dropping a driver just send them a text and they take care of it. I bought a new car and my old policy was enough to cover the newer car they knew and instantly found me a new company. I feel like I’ve built a personal relationship with them. I’ll refer them to anybody looking for auto insurance. They are hands down the best go see them for your auto insurance needs. Keep up the good work ladies.

Aftermarket service is a thing with auto manufacturers, but with Alpine, I experienced great aftermarket service with auto insurance. I’d been a customer for years in Texas, with Michelle proactively researching the most competitive rate available to me each year a policy’s renewal date approached. We often saved money by switching. After my family moved out of state and secured new insurance for that state, some autopayments were proceessed by the Texas insurance provider that we rightfully shouldn’t have had to pay. Michelle brought this to my attention, walked me through processing a backdated cancellation ASAP and though I was at that point no longer an Alpine customer, stayed on the provider until my refund was fully deliverd. This part didn’t prove easy, requiring several followups over as many weeks, but she was diligent, and methodical, and kept me informed until finally, I got my refund check. Super appreciated, as I suspect this would have been far more frustrating for me to have pursued myself.
